About This Course
Short practical training for community health workers (CHWs) and relays in Cameroon.
Participants learn to recognize malaria symptoms and danger signs, correctly perform and interpret rapid diagnostic tests (RDTs), administer artemisinin-based combination therapy (ACTs) for uncomplicated cases, use rectal artesunate for emergencies, refer severe cases promptly, promote correct use of long-lasting insecticidal nets (LLINs), and sensitize households on prevention and environmental sanitation.
