MODULE ON SCREENING FOR CHRONIC DISEASES IN THE COMMUNITY ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION AND DIABETES

Chronic non-communicable diseases such as arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus are among the leading causes of illness, disability, and death worldwide. In many communities, these conditions often go undetected until complications arise, making early screening and detection a critical component of effective healthcare delivery.
